When in doubt, doodle.

If I had a band member for every time I asked myself, "What do I want to do with my life?", I'd have enough band members to form the original Funkadelic.

Life is weird and question-y this week.

  1. Thanks Jen. Can I offer you a cheese doodle? How about a Magna Doodle?

  2. Love your doodles, Ali! :) Life can get question-y. Hope you find the answers. <3

    One nation under a groove
Gettin' down just for the funk of it
One nation and we're on the move
Nothin' can stop us now xoxo

  3. Magna doodle? That thing rocked. Sadly, I lost many many hours on that thing.

  4. My mom's nearing 50 and she STILL doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up. From college to be a teacher, to dietician in a nursing home, to funeral planner, to truck driver, to insurance, to currently re-deciding again :)
So...a) you're not alone. b)Do what you love (there's gotta be a way to make money at it ;) or at least find awesome people to work with.

  5. Manda - P-Funk comes to 9:30 a few times a year. Future double date option? Great beer for a music venue, too. (Thanks seester <3)

Shannon - I loved the control you had with Magna Doodle, something that was sorely lacking with the Etch-a-Sketch.

Melinda - I admire your mom for not settling! It's inspiring. Gotta keep A in mind while working towards B. Thanks lady :)

  7. Rick - Doodlized Me is way more hip-looking that IRL Me.

Margie - We should communicate strictly through doodles. Speaking of which, it's been far too long since your drawrings have made an appearance on Le Blog, missy.

  8. You speak truths. I'm afraid my doodles may be of nothing but violent stuff, truly something that may be used against me in a court of law or a Law & Order episode. But, I'll work on it.

  9. cheese doodle, maybe some panache?

I don't know what I wanna be either.

Being a baking cat lady APPARANTLY isn't a career choice.

  12. Can I get in on that P-Funk date? I'm ok third-wheeling it. Speaking of P-Funk, Can i request a sugared cinema of the movie PCU? What a great movie. Oh and dude, I'd been having the same sort of feelings for awhile and finally made a decision and am running with it. And also being really vague about it :)

  13. Taylor - I wonder what it is...maybe it's a post-winter-pre-summer condition induced by pollen and the weather's inability to stick with a nice comfy temperature? Thanks Taylor/Shredmaster Flex.

Shannon - Good for you, woman! I do hope you plan on divulging your secret plans at some point on your page. That sounds like a pretty big deal :) We'll celebrate at The Pit with Everyone Gets Laid.
